3. USER REGISTRATION AND RESPONSIBILITY

The user commits to:

• use the services ethically and legally;
• respect teachers, students, partners, and community members.

Cenário Balões may suspend or cancel access in case of inappropriate use, fraud, violation of rules or behavior incompatible with the principles of the community.

All contents provided, including videos, handouts, images, methods, projects, logos, visual identity, teaching materials, techniques, texts, and presentations are protected by copyright and belong to Cenário Balões or the respective partner authors.

It is forbidden to copy, reproduce, distribute, market, record, resell, or share content or access without formal authorization. Misuse may result in civil and criminal liability.

5. ACCESS TO PLATFORMS

Access to courses and platforms has a determined period as informed at the time of purchase. Cenário Balões may update contents, modify structures, add or remove materials, make technical improvements, and alter schedules and functionalities.

6. IN-PERSON EVENTS AND ACTIVITIES

Participants of in-person events, conventions, workshops, and experiences promoted by Cenário Balões commit to respect safety rules, follow organization guidelines, preserve equipment and structures, and maintain professional and respectful conduct. The organization may prevent the permanence of participants who endanger the safety, integrity, or experience of the event.

7. USE OF IMAGE

By participating in events, classes, live broadcasts, or activities promoted by Cenário Balões, the participant authorizes, free of charge, the use of their image, voice, and name for institutional, promotional, and educational purposes in digital, print, and audiovisual media. If you do not agree, you must formally inform us before the event.

8. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

Cenário Balões processes personal data in compliance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD). The data collected may be used to provide services, communicate with students and clients, send content, provide support, issue certificates, comply with legal obligations, and for authorized marketing actions. 9. COMMUNICATIONS AND MARKETING

By filling out forms or registering, the user may receive emails, messages, notifications, promotional content, and institutional announcements. The user may request the cancellation of these communications at any time.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Cenário Balões is not responsible for user connection failures, temporary unavailability of third-party platforms, inappropriate use of taught techniques, commercial decisions taken by users, or damages resulting from the misuse of equipment or materials.

12. LEGISLATION AND VENUE

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The venue of the district of Guarulhos is elected to resolve any issues related to these Terms, waiving any other venue.
